Game ID Terms of Use
1. The connection of ULTIMATEGAME ID, Facebook ID, or the creation of a Guest ID (hereinafter referred to as the “Game ID”) to play mobile games under Ultimate Game Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) must follow the method set by the Company.
2. Users of the Game ID connecting to use game services (hereinafter referred to as “Service Users”) must provide truthful information as requested by the Company. If the Company detects false information, the Company reserves the right to cancel the service under all circumstances.
3. Service Users agree to comply with the rules, regulations, and etiquette established and announced by the Company.
4. In cases of abnormal use of the service, such as:
  

4.1 The use of cheating programs.
  

4.2 Intent to deceive other users causing harm.
  

4.3 Disputes or actions that cause harm to the Company or other Service Users, the Service User agrees that the Company may suspend or permanently suspend the use of the Game ID without prior notice, and the Service User agrees not to claim any damages.
5. The Company reserves the right to take legal action and prohibits anyone from using the game for any purpose such as reproduction, modification, display, or public distribution, whether in whole or in part, in violation of copyrights unless explicitly authorized by the Company in writing, including any actions causing harm to the Company, directly or indirectly.
6. Spreading rumors or false information that causes damage to the Company’s reputation or individuals will result in a 3-day suspension of service or legal action depending on the damage caused. 

 

Rules, Regulations, and Etiquette for Playing the Game
1. Use of inappropriate language
  

1.1 Service Users must not use offensive language or words that imply falsely associating with the Company or violate laws, politics, national institutions, religion, the monarchy, or the morals and ethics of Thailand when naming characters (Character Name) or guilds (Guild Name). If a violation is found, the Company reserves the right to permanently suspend the service.
  

1.2 Service Users must not use offensive language or words that imply falsely associating with the Company or violate laws, politics, national institutions, religion, the monarchy, or the morals and ethics of Thailand in in-game chats (Chat) or announcements. If a violation occurs, the first offense will result in a 7-day suspension, the second offense will lead to a 15-day suspension, and the third offense will lead to permanent suspension.
  

1.3 Service Users must not use language that promotes, incites, or causes division in society, affects national security, religion, or the monarchy. Violations will result in similar penalties as mentioned above.
  

1.4 Service Users must not flood the chat with repeated messages to disturb other users from using the chat function. The first violation will result in a warning, and the second violation will lead to a temporary suspension of the Game ID.

2.Trading, exchanging, and gambling within the game
  

2.1 Service Users must not trade or attempt to trade in-game currency (money, gold) or items for real money within the game, nor use ambiguous language to imply such trades. Violations will result in permanent suspension.
 

2.2 Service Users must not buy, sell, or attempt to buy or sell Game IDs and character information. Violations will lead to permanent suspension.
 

2.3 If a Service User willingly or carelessly shares access to their Game ID with another user, the original Game ID owner is solely responsible for any actions and damage caused by the use of their Game ID.
  

2.4 Transactions within the game (e.g., buying, selling, trading items with other users using in-game currency) should be conducted carefully. The Company is not responsible for any losses or damages caused.
  

2.5 If a Service User willingly lends or transfers items to another user without any cost, the Company is not responsible for any resulting damage or loss.

3. Use of cheating programs and unauthorized programs with the game
  

3.1 Service Users must not advertise or distribute information on unauthorized cheating programs (BOTs), cheating software, or any programs not authorized by the Company. Violations will result in permanent suspension.
  

3.2 Service Users must not use BOT programs, cheating programs, or unauthorized programs with the game. Users who benefit from these programs will also be penalized.
 3.3 Service Users must not alter game data in any way, including modifying or using data not provided by the Company. Violations will result in a 7-day suspension of the Game ID.
 3.4 Service Users must not use programs or websites to intercept other users’ data. Violations will result in permanent suspension and legal action.

4. Additional Rules related to in-game systems
  

4.1 Service Users must not exploit any in-game bugs for personal gain. Violations will result in permanent suspension.
  

4.2 Service Users must not obstruct or use skills to harass or hinder team operations. Violations will result in a suspension based on the severity of the offense.
  

4.3 Service Users must not impersonate the Company staff or falsely claim to know them for personal benefit. Violations will result in permanent suspension and potential legal action.
  

4.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse service regarding ID hacking, lost characters, or lost items and will not provide evidence or support for such claims.
Personal Data Protection Policy (PDPA)
 The following provides information on how the Company processes personal data: 

  • Ultimate Game Co., Ltd., located at 32 Soi Rama IX 43, Seri 4 Rd., Phatthanakan, Suan Luang, Bangkok 10250, Thailand. 

This policy applies to personal data of game applicants, referred to as “Players.”
The terms under this policy define key terms such as: 

  • Processing: Any actions regarding personal data of the “Player” including collection, use, storage, disclosure, and deletion. 
  • Personal Data: Data that can identify a person directly or indirectly, such as name, ID number, email, etc. 
  • Sensitive Personal Data: Includes data like health, criminal history, racial or ethnic origin, etc. 
  • Data Collection: Personal data is generally collected directly from users through forms, documents, or communications via email or other platforms.

 Under this Personal Data Protection Policy, the following terms are defined as:
    “Processing” refers to any operation performed on the personal data of the company’s “Players,” including the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and deletion of personal data.
    “Legal basis for processing” refers to the necessity of processing personal data as specified under Sections 24 and 26 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
    “Personal data” means any information relating to a person that enables the identification of that person, directly or indirectly, excluding data of deceased individuals. Examples include name, surname, phone number, address, email, and national ID number.
    “Sensitive personal data” refers to data that is specifically defined by law, such as race, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual behavior, criminal records, health information, disabilities, labor union membership, genetic data, biometric data, or similar data, which must be handled with special care.
    This Personal Data Protection Policy may be reviewed and updated at any time, and users will be informed through appropriate communication channels.6. What types of personal data does the company process?

  • Identification information: title, first name, surname, ID number, employee ID number, signature, photo, etc. 
  • Contact and address information: social media communication, current address, social media accounts, contact details, home and mobile phone numbers, email, emergency contact person, etc. 
  • Employment data: job position, type of employment, latest job title, company name, work hours records, employment history, performance evaluation, test information, references, workplace address, job application details, work phone number, expected salary, etc. 
  • Financial information: bank account numbers, student loan fund details, etc.
    Personal history data: relationships, weight, date of birth, marital status, background checks, military status, height, gender, age, etc.
    IT data: IP address, etc. 
  • Documents: copies of ID cards, house registration, etc.
    Education information: GPA, education history, education certificates, etc.
    Additionally, the company may collect and use sensitive personal data as follows:
    Health data: health insurance information, medical history, health checkup results, etc. 
  • Criminal records 
  • Biometric data: facial recognition, fingerprints, etc. 
  1. How does the company collect personal data?


Generally, the company collects your personal data directly from you via the following methods:
 

  • Filling out forms, documents, or online forms 
  • Submitting forms through systems such as Expense System or ESA Application 
  • Inputting information on the company’s website 
  • Communication via email 

However, the company may also collect additional data from external parties, including: 

  • Financial institutions (e.g., Government Housing Bank) 
  • Service providers (e.g., Iron Mountain, Paolo Hospital, National Credit Bureau) 
  • Training providers (e.g., PacRim Group) 
  • Government agencies (e.g., Bank of Thailand, police stations, Ministry of Finance, judiciary) 
  • Recruitment agencies 
  • Healthcare providers (e.g., Pim Clinic) 

Additionally, the company may collect personal data of third parties related to you, such as spouse, children, parents, family members, emergency contacts, beneficiaries, references, or previous employers. This is done for welfare management, benefits, emergency contact, or reference checks.
Please inform these third parties of this Personal Data Protection Policy and obtain their consent for the company to collect, use, and disclose their personal data as per the company’s purposes.

8. How does the company use personal data?
 The company may collect, use, and disclose your personal data for various purposes, including but not limited to:
8.1 Contractual Basis:
 To perform contractual obligations or take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

 For the legitimate interests of the company or other individuals or entities, within reasonable expectations or as permitted by law, such as:

  • Recording meetings, broadcasting, and publishing media 
  • Surveys, organizational activities, result announcements, parcel delivery,

9. How to delete personal data?
 Users may request deletion of their personal data by sending an email to contact@ultimategame.net. The deletion process will proceed after the request and may take a certain processing time.
