Job Description (Overview):

  • Provide information and recommendations about the company’s products to help customers understand the products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide service through online channels (chat, comments, and other related platforms), including greeting and assisting walk-in customers at the office.
  • Communicate and coordinate with relevant teams to obtain accurate information for customer support and service.
  • Create a positive and memorable service experience for customers, with a focus on quality service and maintaining the company’s reputation.
