Job Description (Overview):
- Provide information and recommendations about the company’s products to help customers understand the products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide service through online channels (chat, comments, and other related platforms), including greeting and assisting walk-in customers at the office.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant teams to obtain accurate information for customer support and service.
